Profiteering on both Gulfs

New Orleans firms aren't getting the no bid contracts to build New Orleans. Halliburton is. The administration has lifted minimum wage requirements for the rebuilding effort. Looks like everyman gets screwed again.

I can only laugh to save my sanity. Then cry. And, this weekend I will March.
