Oh Alexander, if only you could challenge Dick Cheney to a duel...

Can a Veep be indicted? Why, yes, yes he can. And has been: "Not long after he killed Alexander Hamilton in their famous 1804 duel, Vice President Aaron Burr was indicted for murder in both New York and New Jersey." (Washington Post via Wonkette).

Hamilton had it coming. And it was a duel...which was still culturally accepted. And Aaron Burr tried to set up a better Union to the West after he fled his unjust murder charges. Not to mention Burr was an early advocate of equal rights for women.
I'm just sayin'. Let's cool down on the Cheney-Burr comparisons.
